- New Brights honors a 30-day no-hassle Return/Exchange Policy.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days, no questions asked.
- The item must be securely packed in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee.
- The refund does not include our shipping costs to the buyer.
- We do not take responsibility for products lost in mail when returning.
- A full refund will be issued within 48 hours after we receive the returned product.
- PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 3-4 days for refund to appear on your billing statement.
- With concerns to a product return after 30 days, please contact us for approval.
- Exchanges are also excepted within 30 days of purchase.
- RETURNS/EXCHANGES NOT ACCEPTED if the product is broken, abused, water damaged, etc.
- NOTE: Custom products can not be returned
- Contact us via phone or email for return authorization.
- Send us return/exchange product along with the receipt of purchase and the order #. Address provided.
